Please scan or tap the QR Code to begin your Membership Application.

Your application will be completed after you contact the office for door access.
Single Memberships
Select Monthly Membership, complete your personal information, scroll down, and click the green "Sign Up" button.
Shared Memberships
Please follow the instructions #1 or #2 according to your specific case:

Legally married adults or children under 21
Click the blue button “+ Add Shared Membership Member”, then click the “Share Membership" box as shown in the picture.

Pay for another member
To pay another member’s account that does not meet the criteria above (21+ or not married), click the blue button “+ Add Shared Membership Member” from instruction #1, uncheck “Share Membership”, check “Additional Membership” and select “Monthly Membership" and complete their personal information.
