How old do I have to be to get a membership?You can join starting at the age of 12 with a parent/legal guardian’s permission; a parent must be present with you during the sign-up process. Members aged 12 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent during workouts. Members who are 15 to 17 years old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file.

How much is the tanning bed membership?The Monthly membership is $28. We have a stand-up and lay-down tanning beds to choose from; you can schedule your 30-min session Monday - Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the GymMaster app or directly at the office.

Can I transfer my membership?Your monthly membership is non-transferable.

What is included in the membership?The Monthly membership is $34, giving you access 24/7 to the facility, and access to the GymMaster free app allowing you to pay online, book classes, tanning bed or sauna services. You also have access to most of our fitness classes. If you choose to get a key fob, the cost is a one-time $15 charge.

Can I bring a guest?Definitely! The daily guest pass is $10, valid during business hours, and can be paid directly at the front desk.

How do I cancel my membership?While we hate to see you leave, in order to cancel your membership, please visit the office or send written notification via email to contact@elitefitnessofgray.com. The cancelation notice must be received 5 business days prior to billing on the 1st of the upcoming month.

What is GymMaster and how do I log in?GymMaster is Elite’s software that will allow smartphone access to the facility as well as easier sign-up for classes, tanning bed and sauna sessions booking, control your personal profile and communication purposes.

Do you offer classes or personal training?We offer a variety of focused fitness classes led by certified fitness instructors that are designed to help members get active and stay healthy. Small group fitness classes are free to our members and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We work with certified personal trainers, learn more at out "Trainers" tab.

Do you have a dress code?We strive to provide all members with a safe and family-oriented environment. Gym clothes and closed-toe gym shoes are required in the exercise area. Shirts must be worn at all times. Please avoid wearing clothing with offensive messages and clothing that may present safety hazards or damage gym equipment.

Do you offer child care? Are my kids allowed in the club while I’m working out?We offer childcare services Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. and Monday-Thursday, 5:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. For safety, children under 12 are not permitted in the training area.

Where do I go if I have questions or need help with the billing for my account?Your best source of billing and membership information is to contact the office staff directly during business hours Monday -Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Fridays until 5:00 p.m. or to send an email to contact@elitefitnessofgray.com.

Do I get charged any additional fees besides the monthly membership?We do not charge additional sign-up or annual maintenance fees! Members will incur a $5 late fee for payments made after the 5th of each month.
